Introduction to Wine Tasting Course - taught by a professor of oenology : Thierry Dumas.

-          Program : introduction to the techniques & practice of tasting, 1^st part theory, 2^nd part practical.
-          Price : 25.00 € per person.

 Advanced Wine Tasting Courses - taught by a professor of oenology.
-          Place : at Domaine de la Chouette.
-          Theme : white wines, red wines, or desert wines (your choice).
-          Date : anytime by reservation.
-          Price : 35.00 € per person.

Picnics in the vines.
-          Place : in the vines at Domaine de la Chouette.

Traditional grape picking discovery day with Domaine de la Chouette.
-     Second half of September (depending on the ripeness of the grapes).
-        09h00 : welcome to the trainee harvesters, light breakfast.
-        09h30 – 13h00 : harvesting in the vineyard.
-        13h30 – 15h00 : harvest lunch (by reservation, 12.00 € per person).
