Our 'terroir'

Situated in the south of the Graves appelation, on the left bank of the Garonne, the vineyard covers 4.75 hectares.

Of these, 4 hectares are dedicated to our red wine (AOC Graves rouge): merlot 50%, cabernet franc 25% and cabernet sauvignon 25%, while 0.75 hectare produces the white grapes for our delicious dessert wine (AOC Graves supérieures): semillon 80% and sauvignon blanc 20%

The vines, which overlook the river Ciron, are well-placed for maximum sunshine on the top of a hillside facing south-south-west

A proven method

Our vines are cultivated with traditional methods, working with the environment and the rhythm of the seasons to minimize chemical usage and to provide the vines with long-term vigour.  All our grapes are hand-picked to select for optimum ripeness and the highest quality.

This enables us to produce  <100% pure fermented grape juice>.
